unfortunately, the leave.. is approved by the boss..
and if i don't do the work, the reprecussions are terrible.. it's
the annual report..
used to be that it's like NS.. everyone will kena depending on the
draw.. then they kena into the committee..
but now, i've been inflicted with the project.. this project stays
with my position now.. so in future, if someone takes over my post
and i'm transferred, the fella will be inflicted with this yearly
project too
